Leading Walther Christian Academy to victory were Jocelyn Rivera and Saniyya Harvey. Rivera scored 15 points along with nine assists and four steals, while Harvey scored 36 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Harvey has scored at least a third of Walther Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Yanni Hoskins, who scored four points along with four steals.
Walther Christian Academy's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points per game. As for Northtown, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
