The Langley Saxons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five  games by 22  points or more this season. They blew past George C. Marshall 60-21 at home. That  60-21 margin sets a new team best for Langley this season.
 Langley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Vicky Zawisza led the charge by  scoring 14 points. Zawisza continues to roll, besting  her previous point total in each of the last three games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Peyton Daley, who  scored ten points along with six  rebounds.
 Langley pushed their record up to 12-1 with that  win, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for George C. Marshall, they have  not been sharp recently, as they've  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
 Langley will be playing at home against Wakefield at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Wakefield will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 249th, while Langley is ranked 12th). As for George C. Marshall, they will head out on the road to face off against Herndon at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
