After each having a week off, the Oklahoma Christian Saints and the Chisholm Longhorns will shake off the cobwebs and  square off against  one another  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
 Chisholm is hoping to do what Crossings Christian couldn't  last Friday: put an end to Oklahoma Christian's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Oklahoma Christian simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Crossings Christian 35-3 at home. With the Saints ahead  28-3 at the half, the  contest was all but over already.
  Wyatt Fitzgerald was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 302 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76% of his passes.  Coleson Morris helped  Fitzgerald out on the ground, picking up 120 receiving yards, while also rushing for 53 yards.
 Meanwhile, Chisholm won against Newkirk/Shidler  two weeks ago with 40  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  two weeks ago. Chisholm blew past Newkirk, posting  a  40-8 victory on the road. Considering the Longhorns have won three games by more than 31  points this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Oklahoma Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Chisholm, the  victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.
 Everything came up roses for Oklahoma Christian against Chisholm when the teams last played  back in November of 2023, as the  squad secured  a  48-18 win. Will Oklahoma Christian repeat their success,  or does  Chisholm have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
