Hayti will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Charleston at 7:00 PM. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
It was all tied up at the half for Hayti and Thayer last Friday, but Hayti stepped up in the second half. Everything went Hayti's way against Thayer as they made off with a 46-14 win.
Meanwhile, Charleston took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge last week, breezing past Portageville 56-13.
Their wins bumped Hayti to 2-0 and Charleston to 1-0. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
