The Chadwick Cardinals put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Parkview 50-25. The result was nothing new for Chadwick, who have now won three matches by 25 points or more so far this season.
Despite the loss, Parkview still got an impressive performance from Brooklynn Masten, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds. Masten scored a full 60% of Parkview's points, the seventh time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Chadwick's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Parkview, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Chadwick will be playing in front of their home fans against Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Central will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 482nd, while Chadwick is ranked 30th). Parkview's road trip will continue as they head out to face Hillcrest at 7:15 p.m. on January 4, 2024. Hillcrest is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
