In what's become a running theme this season, the Midfield Patriots gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 75-46 victory over Childersburg at home. Winning may never get old, but Midfield sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Midfield was led to victory by Aaron Adams-Martin and Brandon Riddle. Adams-Martin scored 24 points along with four steals, while Riddle dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. Riddle is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Dujuan McKinney, who scored 16 points along with three steals.
Midfield's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-9. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Childersburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.
Midfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Childersburg also has no future games currently scheduled.
