On Thursday, FBCHA narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Legacy School of Sport Sciences 51-49. The victory made it back-to-back wins for FBCHA.
Legacy School of Sport Sciences' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Simran Williams, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Anaiah Jackson, who scored ten points.
FBCHA is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9-1.
FBCHA's road trip will continue as they head out to face Fort Bend Christian Academy at 2:00 p.m. on December 15th. Fort Bend Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1122nd, while FBCHA is ranked 395th). Legacy School of Sport Sciences will be home for the holidays to greet Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Tuesday.
