 Meanwhile, Sweet Home had to endure  a  five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Newport  on Thursday and snuck past  4-3.
 Cascade pushed their record up to 10-2 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season. As for Sweet Home, their victory bumped their record up to 3-10.
