Bosque scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Estancia Bears, falling 22-9. The Bobcats just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Aiden Carranza made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Chase, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Bosque's record now sits at 1-4. As for Estancia, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Bosque will venture away from home to square off against Hozho Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bobcats will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups. As for Estancia, they will take on Mesilla Valley Christian School in a tournament on Thursday.
