On Tuesday, Eduprize blew past South Pointe, posting a 75-45 win at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Eduprize.
Eduprize found their leader in underclassman Sebastian Vargas, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Donte Sanders, who scored 12 points.
Despite the loss, South Pointe still got an impressive performance from Prince Sohn, who scored 22 points. Sohn scored a full 48.9% of South Pointe's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Shawn Johnson was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Eduprize's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for South Pointe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eduprize will stay at home for another game and welcome BASIS - Scottsdale at 5:30 p.m. on December 12th. South Pointe will take on West Phoenix at 6:15 p.m. on December 14th.
