The Tri-City Christian Academy Warriors can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They blew past Imagine Prep Coolidge, posting a 43-7 victory at home. The team ran away with 35 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the win.
Tri-City Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Allison Phillips, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and five steals. Another player making a difference was Lidia Perez-Cardenas, who scored 13 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Tri-City Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 12-2. As for Imagine Prep Coolidge, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Tri-City Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Arizona Cultural Academy at 5:00 p.m. Arizona Cultural Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last four games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Imagine Prep Coolidge, they will head out on the road to challenge Skyline - Gila River at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
