NorthPoint Christian Academy relied on the efforts of Gabe Spann, who went 9-for-13 en route to 27 points in addition to five assists and three steals, and Chelan Chudgar, who went 10-for-21 on his way to 25 points and three steals. Spann is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 48% in the last nine games he's played. One of the most notable was Isaac Watkins, who went 6-for-15 to rack up 17 points along with six assists and three steals. Another player making a difference was Brody Adams, who went 5-for-7 on his way to 15 points.
Lee Park Prep pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 48.5% in those games and 25.1% outside of them. As for NorthPoint Christian Academy, their record is now 11-9.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: NorthPoint Christian Academy has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 28.6 rebounds per game.
