Beckman and Cascade were almost perfectly matched up on Friday, but Beckman suffered an agonizing 20-21 defeat. If Beckman were expecting to get some payback for the 7-35 defeat against Cascade the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.
The loss dropped Beckman's record to 3-4. The win bumped Cascade's record up to 5-2.
Next week Beckman take on North Cedar at 7:30 PM. As for Cascade, they will face off against West Branch. These teams both seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
