Williams Posts Huge Game in 44-13 Victory
Starting off the list is Deer Lakes's Zier Williams, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Williams rushed for 85 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also picked up 30 receiving yards.
If the past is any indication, Williams could be in store for another big game when he takes on Burrell on Friday. When Williams last faced the Bucs back in September of 2023, he rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries.

East Allegheny Gets a Boost from Warren in 42-15 Defeat
While Damarjae Warren delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for East Allegheny. Nobody could stop Warren as he picked up 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 51 yards.
East Allegheny dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. Warren and East Allegheny will take on Fox Chapel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Zach Grant Makes It Two for Deer Lakes
The second Deer Lakes player making an appearance here is Zach Grant, and for good reason. He picked up 78 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 53 yards.
For the season, Grant has caught 6 touchdowns while averaging 62.1 receiving yards per game.
