They claimed a resounding 76-27 victory over Strawberry Crest on the road. Given Hillsborough's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 258th, while Strawberry Crest is ranked 528th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Cameron Crowe and Maximus Von Ancker certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Crowe scored 6 points, while Von Ancker scored 5 points.
Hillsborough now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Strawberry Crest, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillsborough will take on Sumner at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Strawberry Crest, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Jefferson at 6:30 p.m. Jefferson is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
