Bishop's moved up to 748 from 802 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Coastal. The Knights were able to make the jump by beating Sage Hill 48-13.
Parker was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in the league. The Lancers vanquished Christian 24-20 earlier in the week.
Parker's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Gabe Harrington threw for 174 and one touchdown and Hank Childs had 94 yards receiving. On the ground Jesse Brookins chipped in 143 yards. Khaleel Jenkins helped Parker's passing attack out by catching three balls for 71 yards.
Troy Zarubin made the biggest impact on defense this week as Santa Fe Christian topped La Jolla. The 5-foot-11 senior forced one fumble and grabbed two sacks.
Parker's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lancers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Harrington has thrown for 880 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Childs has 24 catches for 360 yards. Brookins leads the league in rushing with 534 yards.
The Eagles took down the Vikings 38-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Hunter Vaccaro threw for 36 yards and one touchdown and ran for 95 yards in the win.
