Notre Dame Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Kentucky's top teams: North Oldham, who was ranked 24th at the time (Notre Dame Academy was ranked second). The Pandas walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mustangs on Thursday.
Notre Dame Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-23, 23-25, 25-14, 25-20.

Notre Dame Academy can attribute much of their success to Lizzy Larkins, who had 29 assists and eight digs, and Dara Jackson, who had 11 digs and three aces. That's the most assists Larkins has posted since back in November of 2024.
