North Pitt took down North Johnston 56-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Washington's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Stevie Green threw for 20 and 1 touchdown and Jamond Ebron had 20 yards receiving. On the ground Green contributed 121 yards.
The Pam-Pack's dynamic duo of Green and Ebron proved to be unstoppable against Beddingfield, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
The Bruins' KAVAJAE ELLIS and JAVIUS NIXON have formed a dream team this season, leading 2A Conference 14 in both passing and receiving yards. 6-0 quarterback ELLIS has thrown for 1,262 yards this season, while NIXON has 26 catches for 569 yards. Markel Spencer from Washington leads the league in rushing with 1,203 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Beddingfield takes on Farmville Central. Tyrone Johnson's team is currently in fourth, while the Jaguars are in first.
Farmville Central made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,705 from 4,298. The advance stemmed from a 21-7 victory over Southwest Edgecombe last week.
