Schwarz Came Up Big in Prairie View's 51-14 Win
Starting off the list is Prairie View's Parker Schwarz, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Schwarz rushed for 196 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run.

On the year, Otwell has averaged 56.8 rushing yards per game.
