Sumner had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Leto Falcons. For the Stingrays, this counts as revenge for the 14-4 win the Falcons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2021.

The team relied heavily on WINSTON PENNANT, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. CAMERON PACQUETTE was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two runs and one RBI.

Sumner's record is now 14-6. As for Leto, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Sumner has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Alonso on the 2nd. As for Leto, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 22-8 win against King on the 4th.
