The Hamilton Heights Huskies lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the loss they were handed on on Friday was a bit more commanding. They took a serious blow against Westfield, falling 86-37. Hamilton Heights has not had much luck with Westfield recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Nic Book was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with seven rebounds for Westfield. The team also got some help courtesy of Charles Farrell, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Hamilton Heights has not been sharp recently as the team has lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. As for Westfield, their victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton Heights will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rushville at 7:30 p.m. on February 20th. As for Westfield, they will head out on the road to square off against University at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully University focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Friday.
