Riverside extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Ignacio Miguez. The Warriors put the hurt on the Travelers Rest Devildogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday with plenty of help from Miguez, who had three aces and one block. He has been hot recently, having also posted 20 or more assists the last four times he's played.

While Riverside won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-17, 25-20.

Riverside's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Travelers Rest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverside will head out to face off against Dorman at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Travelers Rest, they will venture away from home to challenge Anderson Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
