The Indians' lone touchdown came on a 35-yard pass in the second quarter.
The victory is a complete turnaround from last season's game between these two teams, which Napa took, 59-6.
The loss comes after Napa defeated Casa Grande 35-14 last week. The win was a nice bounce back for Vallejo, which lost to Vintage last week, 17-13.
Vallejo (2-2) goes up against Wood in a non-conference game matchup next week, while Napa (1-3) locks horns with Vanden also in a non-conference game.
