The Wiregrass Kings can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They blew past Ezekiel Academy 67-35 at home. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Wiregrass as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Wiregrass got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Christian Miller out in front who scored 18 points. Miller hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. Riley Treadaway was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Wiregrass' win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Ezekiel Academy, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wiregrass will take on Evangel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ezekiel Academy, they will head out on the road to take on East Central HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in East Central HomeSchool's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matchups.
