The Red Level Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Georgiana Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, Red Level didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against the Eagles, but they still walked away with a 47-41 win. The victory was just what Red Level needed coming off of a 75-46 defeat in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Georgiana had no problem doing just that on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Eagles 52-13 at home. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Georgiana had established a 32 point advantage.
Red Level's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10. As for Georgiana, their win bumped their record up to 13-10.
Red Level beat the Panthers 56-46 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Red Level since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
