Meanwhile, Baldwin entered their tilt with Spalding with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Baldwin really took it to Spalding for the full four quarters, racking up a 86-32 victory at home. With Baldwin ahead 59-18 at the half, the game was all but over already.
It was another big night for Tremarius Lawrence, who scored 27 points along with six assists and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Karez Demory, who scored 18 points along with four steals.
Griffin's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-8. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. As for Baldwin, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-2 record this season.
