Douglass won the last time they faced Oxon Hill and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles blew past the Clippers 12-2. Considering the Eagles have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Kayden Wilkins and Marshall Barnes made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Wilkins struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. At the plate, Wilkins got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs, while Barnes got on base in two of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases and one run.
