John Glenn took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-15, 25-18.
River View found their leader in sophomore Lindyn Fry, who had 13 digs and five assists. Fry is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played. Kendall Laudick also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
John Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for River View, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-3.
