Bracken Christian is on a five-game streak of home wins, while Sacred Heart is on a 29-game streak of away wins (dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Warriors will welcome the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.
While Bracken Christian's victory against San Marcos Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 14-12 win over the Bears on Saturday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-6. Bracken Christian is undefeated when Gledhill posts two or more runs, but 10-11 otherwise.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Beau Martin, who went 4-for-5 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Burggraaf, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.
Bracken Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Sacred Heart put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. They didn't even let Bishop Reicher Catholic on the board, marking the Indians' second-straight 15-0 shutout. Considering the Indians have won 23 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Sacred Heart is on a roll lately: they've won 19 of their last 20 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 34-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Bracken Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 15-11.
Bracken Christian came up short against Sacred Heart in their previous matchup back in March, falling 4-0. Will the Warriors have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other baseball content.
