The Lone Peak Knights won the last time they faced the East Leopards, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Lone Peak claimed a resounding 96-30 victory over East at home. With Lone Peak ahead 58-14 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Lone Peak's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Naia Tanuvasa led the charge by shooting 4-for-6 from deep and dropping a double-double on 24 points and 10 rebounds. The game was Tanuvasa's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Katy Lawrence was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with 8 assists and 7 rebounds.
