The East Laurens Falcons stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 81-46 win over Dublin. The win was nothing new for East Laurens as they're now sitting on five straight.
Rashund Washington Jr. was his usual excellent self, shooting 6-for-8 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double on 31 points and 11 rebounds. He is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyan Snead, who scored 17 points along with six rebounds.
East Laurens has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for Dublin, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
East Laurens won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Twiggs County at 7:30 p.m. on February 10th. One thing working in East Laurens' favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 11 matchups. Dublin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
