Bryson Brooks paced Central's offense, picking up 14 kills. Brooks got some help from Logan Hummel and his 32 assists. Brooks was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.
Central's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Derry, they moved to 4-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
