Cimarron extended their winning streak to five on Monday, bumping them up to 5-0. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Questa Wildcats. While the Rams didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
Orion Ledoux made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.
