Harlingen South came out on top against Rivera on Thursday thanks in part to Austen Shroyer's efforts. Shroyer rushed for 73 yards on only ten carries, which was good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards.

Looking ahead, Shroyer and Harlingen South will be playing in front of their home fans against Donna North at 7:30 p.m. on the 26th. The Hawks are a perfect 5-0 against the Chiefs going back to October of 2020, a lead they'll look to extend.
