Basketball Recap: Bishop Dunne Snags Third Win in Last Four Games

While Bishop Dunne has struggled at home with four straight losses, that wasn't the case on Tuesday thanks to Kei Scott. The Bishop Dunne Falcons were the clear victor by a 66-46 margin over Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep thanks in part to Scott, who went 12 of 23 on his way to 28 points and three steals. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points.

Cameron Simon was another key player, going 5 for 10 en route to 11 points and four steals. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rebounds (four).

Bishop Dunne has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-15 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points per game. As for Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-9.

Bishop Dunne didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-54 win against Hyde Park on the 17th. Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep has also already played their next game, a 76-25 loss against Brentwood Christian on the 17th.
