Civic Memorial won the last time they faced Mascoutah and things went their way on Monday too. The Civic Memorial Eagles took their contest with ease, bagging a 61-24 victory over the Mascoutah Indians. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Chanell Jones and Avery Boehm certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Jones posted seven points, while Boehm put up eight points and six boards. That's the most points Jones has posted since back in November of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Civic Memorial and bumps their season record up to 20-6. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points over those games. As for Mascoutah, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-23.
