The 24-20 win by Central (Miami) over Bishop Gorman vaulted the Rockets into the Top 10 at No. 7, the biggest movers in this week's composite rankings.
Central is still
stranded in Las Vegas as travel back to Miami has been difficult following the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Gorman, which won last year's National Championship and entered 2017 on a 54 game win streak, suffered its second-straight loss and dropped out of the Top 10.
Four other teams joined Central in entering the Composite 25 rankings, including St. John's (Washington, D.C.), Judson (Converse, Texas), St. Frances Academy (Baltimore) and Colquitt County (Moultrie, Ga.).
