The biggest upset of the week belonged to DuPont, who took down 10th ranked DuPont, 31-28.
Middletown extended the longest winning streak in Blue Hen Flight - A this week by beating Delcastle Vo-Tech, 72-18. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
DuPont's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Tigers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ramsey Lowery has thrown for 734 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Peter Grasso has 13 catches for 232 yards. Lowery also leads the league in rushing with 240 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Appoquinimink and Middletown. Appoquinimink enters the game ranked 13th in the state, while Mark Delpercio's team ranks third.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Jeff Weiner's team takes on the Cavaliers. Appoquinimink has allowed 110 points this season, while Middletown has given up 77.
Glasgow suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after losing to Appoquinimink. The Dragons had been ranked 25th, but fell to 26.
