The Elite Academy Eagles pushed their score all the way to 84 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 89-84 hit to the loss column at the hands of Braddock. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (68), Elite Academy still had to take the loss.
Braddock's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Markus Zenck, who scored 30 points along with five rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Zenck has scored all season. Alejandro Lopez was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds.
