Jacob Weber posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
