The Franklin Sabers posted their closest win yet this season on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Kenosha Bradford and snuck past 39-36. The win made it back-to-back wins for Franklin.
It was another big night for Lauren Capstran, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds and five steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Rachael Jepsen, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Kenosha Bradford, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
