The Kamiakin Braves will play host again and welcome the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups, where tip off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kamiakin has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 274 points over their last four contests.
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Kamiakin had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Bears 64-43. Kamiakin has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 21 points or more this season.
Meanwhile, Gonzaga Prep entered their tilt with Chiawana with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Gonzaga Prep came out on top in a nail-biter against Chiawana on Saturday and snuck past 40-37. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Gonzaga Prep has scored all season.
Kamiakin pushed their record up to 22-1 with that win, which was their 13th straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.9 points per game. As for Gonzaga Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.
