There's no place like home for Southern Fulton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Forbes Road with a sharp 16-1 win on Thursday. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by eight runs or more this season.

Colt Mann was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Southern Fulton got a big performance out of Joel Fitz, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Jett Burger was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.

Southern Fulton pushed their record up to 16-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Forbes Road, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Coming up, Southern Fulton will challenge Mount Union at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Forbes Road, they will be playing at home against Tussey Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
