After having lost a blowout in their matchup last week, Ruston were happy to find some success on Friday. They blew past West Ouachita 48-21. That result was just more of the same for Ruston, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Ruston's record up to 3-2. West Ouachita are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Ruston will be playing at home against West Monroe at at 7:00 PM next week. Both of those teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. West Ouachita will stay at home against DeRidder at 7:00 PM.
