Travelers Rest put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season two weeks ago. They took their contest against Blue Ridge by a conclusive 44-13 score. Junior Wilson Hendricks was the offensive standout of the match for Travelers Rest, as he passed for 205 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, we expected Eastside to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Chapman last Friday, and they did. Eastside found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 23-49 punch to the gut against Chapman. Eastside's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
