Wilson Prep found their leader in underclassman Morgan Braswell, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. It was the first time this season that Braswell scored 15 or more points. Lauryn Barbour was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Warren County was the victim of a rough 62-41 loss at the hands of Wilson Prep on Thursday. Warren County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Wilson Prep's win bumped their record up to 6-15. As for Warren County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
