The Burlington Cougars scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. They strolled past Calhan with  points to spare, taking the game  73-58. The  win was just what Burlington needed coming off of a  65-39 loss in their prior  game.
 Burlington can attribute much of their success to  Daniel Chacon, who  dropped  a double-double on 21 points and 21  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Chacon has scored all season.  Adan Lopez-Mitchell was another key contributor,  scoring 14 points along with three  steals.
 Burlington's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Calhan, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-4.
 Burlington and Genoa-Hugo/Karval will face off  at 3:00  p.m.  on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Genoa-Hugo/Karval focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 30 on Saturday. As for Calhan, they will be playing at home against Miami-Yoder at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Colorado (Miami-Yoder is ranked 199th, while Calhan is ranked 206th).
