The Wewoka Tigers are on the road again on Thursday and play against the North Rock Creek Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on December 7th. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, everything came up roses for Wewoka on the road against ASTEC Charter as the team secured a 50-12 victory.
Wewoka got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was tatum louie out in front who scored 9 points. Jacob Avery was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Meanwhile, North Rock Creek gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener last Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 82-50 win over Dickson at home.
Wewoka's victory bumped their season record to 2-1 while ASTEC Charter's loss dropped theirs to 1-4.
