Jayven Williams' Big Game Leads Summerville over Ashley Ridge
Jayven Williams's big game helped extend Summerville's winning streak to eight on Friday. Ashley Ridge had no answer to Williams as he rushed for 268 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. Williams really tore up the turf during one magnificent 83-yard run.
Summerville pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Williams and Summerville will square off against West Ashley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

While Ashley Ridge might've come up empty on Friday, Jaiden Deweese wasn't going down without a fight. Deweese was dynamite, picking up 166 receiving yards and five touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Ashley Ridge is undefeated when Deweese posts two or more receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
With the defeat, Ashley Ridge broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-2. Deweese and Ashley Ridge will host James Island at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Trevor Kalisz Leads Ashley Ridge over Summerville
Ashley Ridge came up short on Friday despite Trevor Kalisz delivering his best game to date. Kalisz wasn't messing around, throwing for 364 yards and six touchdowns while completing 90.2% of his passes. The game was his third straight with three or more passing touchdowns dating back to last season.
Kalisz and Ashley Ridge will square off against James Island at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Kalisz will face off against Connor Dantzler, the Trojans' star signal caller. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Ashley Ridge Gets a Boost from Acosta in 49-48 Loss
Another Ashley Ridge player making an appearance on this list is Jayden Acosta. He rushed for 179 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 42 receiving yards.
Summerville's probably not too fond of Acosta given he always seems to get the better of them. Acosta rushed for 202 yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the Green Wave duked it out back in October of 2023.

Ryan Campbell Dazzles in Fort Dorchester Defeat
Rounding off our Top Five is Ryan Campbell of Fort Dorchester. Campbell rushed for 152 yards while picking up 9.5 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 152 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Fort Dorchester's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-4. They and Stall are set to duel on Friday.
