 Monarch wouldn't go down easily and took Longmont into a fifth set  where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-15, 25-9, 16-25,  18-16.
 Horizon's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Monarch, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.
